I got it ^^. I realized I forgot the reason why.

The reason for my suggestion lies in consistency. Making sudden jumps in the tone or technical aspect of a story midway can be jarring to the reader, sort of shaking them out of the groove they were getting into.

Not that this is 100% bad; sometimes this is a handy tool. Say a normal person has snapped and is going on a killing spree, or you interject a couple paragraphs of vague dark ramblings into the normal day. Or as I previously said it can help separate different points of view in the story so the reader knows who's taking.

However, unless you're trying to unsettle your reader or show a dramatic change in a person, inconsistent behavior within a certain point of view (say Medic's) will be more like an unexpected roadbump throwing them off course. It's kind of like there being too many typos or misspellings in an otherwise great story; even though the scenery's good people will get out of the car if it gets too bumpy.
