Hey! I am Dale Lazarov. I write and edit chic hardcovers of gay erotic graphic novels and webcomics but I secretely want to both write the ultimate art comix graphic novel as well as as a fondly-remembered run on Legion of Super-Heroes.

I'm best known as the writer/editor of STICKY (NSFW!), drawn by Steve MacIsaac. Among other things, STICKY has the distinction of being held in world-class special collections of comic art at university libraries. Take THAT, naysayers!

STICKY was originally serialized by Fantagraphics/Eros Comics in 2005 and collected as a remastered hardcover by German art book publisher Bruno Gmunder Verlag in 2006. My collaboration with erotic artist Drubskin, "The Welcome Back Fuck", was featured in BEST GAY EROTICA 2007 (NSFW!).

Currently, my collaboration with Delic Van Loond, FANCY (NSFW!), is being serialized as a webcomic at AdultWebcomics.com with eventual collection as a hardcover targeted for 2009.

Besides FANCY, I'm busy collaborating with illustrators on several forthcoming titles of gay erotic comics: with Amy Colburn on MANLY (out Spring 2008 from Bruno Gmünder Verlag), Bastian Jonsson on NIGHTLIFE, and Foxy Andy on CHUMS. Comics bring joy into my life and I am really happy to have so many collaborators.
