Thanks for hanging in there with the plight of my computer stupidity. My boss the genius who has spare parts everywhere swapped out my video card (with an older one, believe it or not) and hunted up THE specific driver that would make it play with my new monitor. It is now happy. I can see, and I am pleased that I didn't waste the $170.

What frustrates me still (though the frustration is ebbing) is that over the past couple of months while the old monitor was subtly failing, I didn't notice at all. I thought my photos coming out dark was my camera's fault, and happily went about picking colors on my photoshop art with a monitor that was slowly, subtly, growing darker underneath the saturation level. So, I really WAS right - True Lightning DID look like shit. That wasn't at all how I wanted it to come out, it was supposed to be much darker. Well, my boss also gave me some photoshop tricks to fix it and improve the post-quality of my pencil art as well. So, things should be much better in the future. Shockingly.

I have uploaded new, cleaner, better versions of True Lightning and Runes Left Behind. Whether or not anything else needs to be fixed I don't know...whether or not I fix it is up to my laziness factor.
