How It Works:
-You (and up to two other collaborators) may claim up to two couples/characters/groups at a time. Threesomes are welcome. Both claims must be from different fandoms. When a couple/character/group is claimed, it counts for both writing and art. The 30 works can be entirely made up of just writing pieces, just art pieces, or a mix of both!

-Although other communities/projects like this one only allow one person to claim a specific character or person, I am going to allow duplications of claims. *Because I'm nice like that.* What this means is that just because I've claimed Soubi/Rituska doesn't mean that the next person can't claim them as their writting project as well.


-Themes do not have to be written in any particular order. Feel free to interpret each theme however you wish. Just remember, a forbidden theme must be involved. It doesn't need to be the focal point, but it must be in there one way or another. The interpretation of what constitutes “forbidden”, however, is entirely up to you.

-Original stories, original characters, crossovers between two fandoms, Real Person fiction (please include a disclaimer!), AU stories and songfics are all acceptable to be claimed. Just no Mary Sue's/Gary Stu's, please!

-Request your claim at this post with the subject line "I'm here for my forbidden fruit" to let me know you read through the rules. You won't be accepted otherwise. Make sure you include the full names (if they have one) of both characters and the fandom that they are from. (And please check the list of claimed couples/characters/group first to make sure they aren't already taken!)

-When you are finished with a couple/character/group or decide that you can't/don't want to finish, please leave a comment in this entry.

-Try to post a fic/art for your claim at least once every three months.

-The style of your challenge entries is completely up to you. For authors, it can be as short as 100 words, or as long as a multi-chaptered novel. If your doing multi-chaptered, it's up to you whether to post each chapter separately or wait until the whole thing is finished. For artists, it can be a full watercolor, or simply five-minute sketch you did before class. All that's important is capturing the feeling of the theme.

-Feedback is highly encouraged. It can really make a difference.
